The TEAM Rochester Prayer Center provides individuals and churches an opportunity to participate in lifting up the City of Rochester before the Lord. Its mission is to intercede on behalf of all facets of the city so that the Holy Spirit would be active and alive through God’s people. Through prayerful self-examination, repentance, and intercession for all of Rochester, we seek to invite the God’s Spirit to do a mighty work in our presence. The prayer objective is that people of all vocations, cultures, and races would experience the power of Christ in their lives.

The ultimate goal is to operational on a 24/7/365 basis.

Community In Prayer for Rochester (May 2-9, 2010)

Goal:

To pray for the city of Rochester and our local communities during the week of the National Day of Prayer.

Target:

To bless in prayer each person, dwelling, business, school, and center throughout the city and our local neighborhoods.

Strategy:

To include the churches of Rochester in this city-wide cooperative effort.

Objective:

To involve believers in the active participation of this outreach endeavor.

Task:

To connect people with our community through prayer and intercession by honoring the Lord in or daily walk.

Prayer Walking (Sunday thru Sunday)

Community Fasting (Wednesday 5th)

Personal preparation for Day of Prayer

Meditation Time (AM Thursday 6th)

Your church sanctuary for spiritual focus

Ministry Fair (Thursday 6th)

Displays by local groups at Rochester AoG

Celebration Service (PM Thursday 6th)

Day of Prayer worship at Rochester AoG

Food Distribution (Saturday 8th)

Prayerfully consider becoming a part of this citywide ministry by completing an application.
Your commitment would be a minimum of one hour per month for three months.
